Organized Micro Plan Orientation cum Training

We have adopted the Kerala model to implement the Action Plan which is taken up by the Karnataka Government; hence more focus was on Grama sabhafs through which the action plans on Micro level particularly focus was on MGNREGA & PDS. Topics covered on How to plan? Who are involving in this process? Using of Tools. The process was to involve more through People participation. It being a peoples program hence people involvement was vital in its success. We used Documentary shows and Focus Group discussion. Orientation cum training to Panchayat Members on preparing Micro plans G.P. members from the 4 G.P. of the 21 villages have been trained in micro plans and have plan to micro plans. In the Panchayath. Team of cadre building process for well equipped knowledge, skills and latest information.

This programme covered the latest information regarding the Government schemes i.e, Balasanjeevini, Nehru Yuva Kendra . Youth Group, RTI, Adhar and new online ration card scheme RTE, School Program, Computer Education, Rashtriya Swastya Bhima Yojane Smart Card (RSBY), Ganga kalyana, Udyogini, Dr.Ambedkar Development Board Scheme for SC/ST. Sakala for Rights to Information etc. Design training modules and manuals. 130 Modules We have prepared training modules of the handy tool for the staff team and the 40 member federation team more professional approach by the team.

Monitoring and addressing the issue of access and discrimination on BPL card & MGNREGA (Apply for jobs & work order & payments) The new online application for the new ration card was taken up at our Chittaragi & Hiremagi G.P Awareness programme was organized for the MGNREGA form 6 and to open new job card application was also given.
